Call or email us to set up time and date for the Initial Interview otherwise known as the Meet and Greet. There is no charge for this interview. Please schedule about an hour to discuss your needs with your pet sitter. To help speed up the interview process, we ask that you please download these forms in advance and complete them prior to our meet and greet. PET SITTING FORMS Step 2 - Initial Interview Once we agree on a time and date, we will come to your home to meet you and your pet(s). We will put together detailed instructions on your pet(s)' care, feeding, and medications. We will also get to know their personalities, habits, favorite activities, dislikes, etc. Our goal is to set up a customized care plan so we follow your pet(s)' routine as closely as possible while you are away. We will also ask you if you want us to pick up your mail, newspaper, water plants, alternate lights, etc (at no additional charge). We will try to accommodate any additional requests you might have. Step 3 - Payment and Key Pickup We ask for payment in advance! We will also pickup house key. These keys are tagged and numbered and kept in an unknown locked location at our place of business. Client files are kept separately! Confidentiality is of utmost importance! We do not share any information with anyone, unless you instruct us to give you as a referral for new clients! We adore animals, and treat each and every pet as our own. We also value your trust in us, and will do whatever it takes to keep you coming back to us. 95% of all our business is repeat customers.
